First and unexpected: Gobliiins - and now this!
This day has awesome releases!

Hi, you seemed to be lost on the Internets.
This is TouchArcade, where 2$ for a game is too much, 5$ is an outrage, and 10$ or more is putting sugar in their car tanks whilst killing puppies.

Still can't work out what you actually do here. As in in the game. What kind of puzzles does it have.

Game Impressions

Wow, what a perfectly awful game. I mean, there are lots of bad games out there but I am yet to see one as polished and well presented as this one. In fact, I'm sure this game would actually be useful as a very particular example to study and dissect for anybody learning game design. This has it all on the surface: cute characters, distinct style, technically sound execution... And just simply awful, awful gameplay.

So basically... it looks good, but it sucks to play? Too bad.

That's basically how I felt about Battle of Puppets, so I'm not surprised.

Interesting, I actually recall liking Battle of Puppets as an initial impression, but never really got far into playing it. I might need to go back and try it again, out of curiosity.

It was lovely looking game, but I couldn't tell how it was different from the many side-scrolling "strategy" games in the app store.
