What is this new system to post articles comments?

Just wanted to share how I hate the current new system used to post comments to article.

It force you share private information (the private information steal he induce is rather obvious, you are really taking people for sheep) or type again each time some information.

With the older system my browser could memorize the information at least.

You don't have to share any more personal information than the previous system. If you want it to remember you, though, you have to register an account somewhere.
