App is ready for sale but we can not get it through iTunes

Since yesterday our app is not available in the AppStore through iTunes (version 10.0.1).
When I click on the icon to see app page, I see: "Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the US store".
Firstly, I checked app status in iTunnes Connect and have found that everything ok - the application status is Ready for Sale.

I attempted to access it on the other countries stores, but got the same result.

I changed the price from free to paid and wait about four hours, but nothing changed, I see the same: "Your request could not be completed..."

All other our apps works properly

I attempted to find and download "Gun Disassembly 3D" from my iPhones/iPods and everything was ok !



It would be very helpful to know if any developer had such story and what was the way to fix it?

Every day we loosing hundreds $. Interesting will Apple compensate it ??

lol surely they won't.. imaginary sales can't be compensated..

first thing you should do is contact apple!!! and not post in some game forum.

and with contact i mean by phone, not by snail mail through their web forms.


and a quick look into the apps store here in germany.. and the app is there.. online.. purchaseable version 1.6

you should change your description .. it say free for limited time but you charge 1$

The app is purchaseable but u can not get description through the iTunes
I've already called to Apple.resolving of the problem is in progress for 5 days already.

did you check the country section in itc? is everything "checked" so it can be sold worldwide..? possible you unchecked it and it still gets listed but you cannot buy?

not sure.. call apple, don't write emails.

u can see on the screenshot that app is on sale in All appstores

hmm so you went into the link and double checked there?

and i see you have educational discount checked.. never did that .. so maybee this might be the issue?

not sure at the end its just bad guessing what we do here.. go call apple.

I'll call Apple 3d time tommorow...
interestin that app is half of a year in appstore and everything was ok till ...

also with all our other apps everything ok!
