I've had the privilege to be one of the first few to try this game

This runner is really great. The whimsical art style works very well and the game is very beautifully designed. The accompanying chiptune sounds great as well.

There are two modes to the gameplay, one endless mode (with more extra unlockable endless modes) and one normal mode, which is divided in 24 (I think) stages. In the normal mode the aim of the game is to run and survive all the way to the end of stage, where you will puncture a "lame castle" and get the joy of seeing it fly away. You start with 2 lives (more can be unlocked), accidentally smashing into rocks reduces one life while falling into spikes or smashing against a wall will end the game straight away.

Along the way you can hit chickens and flying treasure chests to gain more points. Every hit propels them forward, and the more hits you can land on them as you run, the more points you get. You also have a lance which u can use to smash rocks out of the way or get extra points when hitting chickens or floating treasure chests. Powerups along the way increases your lance animation length and give extra bonus points. Life power up exists also to replenish health.

Each stage has a bonus objective, which is usually hitting more of something or getting higher scores.

I haven't played the endless modes yet, the normal stages will keep you occupied for quite some time.

The game also features Game Center leaderboards and 30 achievements to collect

This game is a five star (out of five) rating in my books!

Some little things I notice (not important):
- Win screen music loops with a slight pause. I think the main menu song as well
- The icon looks like it has jagged edges, I wonder why since on itunes the icon looks great!

I only played a bit of the web version so far but I love how they combined Canabalt, Robot Unicorn Attack, with Hacky Sack!

If not too late I also am interested in a promo!
