Great game... I reviewed in iTunes, thanks again for the code.
The only thing I would change is to add an "edges" option.

This is now my favorite jigsaw puzzle game.

Is it possible, or will it be possible, to load an image from your photo library and turn it into a puzzle?

The new update for Join It - Jigsaw Puzzle has been released.
Join It team reviewed many of user's feedbacks and made an update on their base.

The changes made in Join It v.1.1.1 are:

1. Join It team has fixed the issue about missing of Reference Picture Sticking after exiting the game is fixed;
2. New background is added at the request of dedicated users.
3. Zooming range is increased, so now game with 300 pieces became even more comfortable

Join It team thanks to all users that are sending their requests and feedbacks. All this helps to make Join It - Jigsaw Puzzle better and better!

I have another request

I play with the reference picture completely off, as a result the jigsaw as it is being built is not locked in any way to the playing surface.

It is very frustration when trying to zoom in/out, move left/right/up/down or move a piece and accidently move a larger group of pieces instead.

Could there be a way of locking a piece so that it can't be moved until it was unlocked again? This would also being that any pieces attached to that piece would not be movable as well. Such a piece could possibily have a small lock symbol in inverted colours over it to indicate it was locked.

The mechansim could work something like you click on a lock button, maybe some small like to pause button and then the next piece you touch is locked.

What do you think?

Thanks again for your feedbacks.

As for idea of adding a locker to the pieces on the game table which was mentioned above we have tried it before. After testing we decided that it is quite uncomfortable and user unfriendly.
The main reason is that this feature does not conform with a idea of Join It to be realistic, natural and to have controls apart from game area.
So now we are working on another ways of solving the accident movement issue and we will try to find the easiest to use to and the most comfortable way to solve it.

Straight after the release of the version 1.1.1 we started to work on the next version to implement new features which you will certainly enjoy.
