What is this? 2 or 3 hours game for 5 bucks?
I am definately not sold anymore.

With all this predefined stuff, the game looks more and more like a graphically polished version of Dragons Lair.
One tap here, one swipe there at the right moment... unimpressing.
2 or 3 hours for the first playthrough? The guy on the last page was only level 3 and the God King was level 50. It's gonna take a while to beat...
Enemies get stronger too though, so it will get harder. I live the concept personally.

Okay so impression after 2 playthrough:
Each playthrough (lineage) takes around 30-40 minutes, there's not a lot of variety in monsters and some are using the exact same moves. But the ennemies are different each time thanks to the wide variety of loot and equipements. Little things like potions and gold is placed randomly in the environment but the chest are always at the same place. Combat feels good and you have quite a lot of option, it will take a while to level up and defeat the god-king, on my second playthrough i wasn't close to defeat him. Of course Graphically the game is really awesome with quite a few drops in framerates (4th gen ipod touch) in some cinematics.

Also a great (and sometimes funny) option is the "fast forward". it does not skip the cinematics but make them go really fast

All in all it's worth the price but the updates will be more than welcome, especially the multiplayer which will drastically change the game!

Assuming you level up 3 times a go and the evil king is at level 50 that's about 17 playthroughs or 340 years 0_o

Have a look at Naruto RPG!
Look at Gamebook Adventures for iPhone/iPod/iPad!

In most RPG games leveling up goes up exponentially, it takes longer to level up as you're a higher level. Not sure about Infinity Blade but i think that's the case.

It does look good I'm not biting just yet though although I probably would if I had the credit for it. I'm guessing by 3rd gen they mean 32gb and 64gb only I can see them getting a lot of 1 star reviews from people who think they have third gens the way Fifa did.

I'll probably pick this up in the next few days as well as the other couple of good releases that just appeared.

I don't mean to sound bitter, cold, or cruel, but I am, so that's how it comes out

Hearing a lot about how great it looks on the iPhone 4, anyone download it yet for the 3GS or lower spec? I am really looking to this game along with Aralon later this month. Some impressions from 3GS owners on Infinity Blade would be appreciated.
