Finally got to NG+ and spent first 4 bloodlines grinding away and not seeming to get enough to buy anything significant, so decided to bite the bullet and buy some gold (750,000 to accelerate item purchase).
For those who aren't aware, if you go under OPTIONS and CHARACTER SLOTS, there is room for 5 different bloodline games (although you have to start each from the beginning). Back to my point: after I bought the gold, I started a new game in the next slot, and to my surprise, instead of starting at zero gold, I was starting at 750,000. Apparently when I bought the gold in NG+ that amount started me off at each bloodline new game slot (and I discovered it also adds together too, so say buy 150,000 and 25,000 you'll start off with 175,000). I started another game in the next slot just to test that out and same thing; 750,000 gold. So knowing that I sort of get 5X the gold takes some of the sting out of buying it. So anyone who wants to proceed to NG+, or go back from NG+ and farm the Deathless you can do so under Options with multiple games and not worry about losing your only game or feeling like you made a mistake or it's too hard or whatever (still have to play each one from the beginning first, which could take a while). |

The gold also carries through NG+'s so you can immediately buy the IB and reach another NG++ and just keep going until your Items can reach mastery 5-6 (if you can kill the deathless which gain 100 levels with every NG+)

At $1k per bag and $5k per kill, pretty soon I'm going to be leaving entire bloodlines worth of XP behind as I try and accumulate enough money to purchase new items. Any idea how long it is before I start seeing an appreciable increase in gold drops? Would I be better, at this point, to just start dying on the first guy to run my bloodline up to 20 or so to try and get more cash quicker? |

I sold my Infinity Blade right after I beat the God King on Bloodline 4. I beat him again and they didn't give me another Infinity Blade. I'm screwed, now I have to save 500k for another Infinity Blade in order to fight the new enemies.

Finally started NewGame+
It isn't really that hard, despite what everyone said i beat the first couple people really easily i had about 40 points assigned to attack, and was at lvl 59 and its really not as hard to get money as everyone keeps telling me |

Get the Gold+++ Helmet if you want more money! Right now I'm on Bloodline 32 or so, Now I get a lot of money per victory, the drops and goldbags add up fast too! Even though the enemies are like level 150-200 I can still easily beat them if I have the right ring. Plus my 150 extra damage stat points help a lot in defeating them quickly too!

Can someone please post the price list of all the sci-fi gears? I'm farming deathless atm and would want to know when to call it a day. Thanks!
EDIT: Nevermind. Just spent a day of my life doing something completely useless. Forgot that the money won't be transferred to Bloodline*2... Last edited by yongkykun; 03-10-2011 at 04:12 AM.. |

I'm wondering if the "waste not want not" achievement (find all treasure bags in one bloodline) is now broken in this version. Reason being there are now areas of the castle you cannot access no matter what path you take. If you go the traditional way, the first area of the dungeon is skipped (can contain up to three bags and a treasure chest) and if you go down the pipe a good portion of the castle is missed.
I haven't been able to get this achievement previously (it's the hardest one in my opinion) and I'm wondering if it's impossible now so why try... Last edited by Emos; 03-10-2011 at 05:42 AM.. Reason: Typo |
