New game - PrimeTime Quiz Show

The Game Is OUT NOW for 0.99 !

Hello,

I woudl like to introduce you our team PixelLive and our game for iPhone and iPod Touch - 'PrimeTime Quiz Show'.

-- Primetime Quiz Show --

We wanted to create something smaller for our first iPhone project so we went for trivia game.

But then we weren't happy with just regular quiz game, seeing dozens of already released games all sporting just default iPhone GUI butons and all-static screens.

We wanted to bring a piece of atmosphere of the real TV shows on the iPhone screens so we started adding virtual show host, narrated video sequences etc. etc.

So the originaly small game somehow grew quite a bit during production.

Features summary:
  • a lot of narrated videos, guiding you thought the game
  • fully animated in-game screens - we created own custom GUI simulating real TVshow graphic
  • original soundtrack reacting to your answers
  • of course a countless number of quiz questions, hi-score and more

The game is available on AppStore at
http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=297466791&mt=8
..or search for "primetime" on iPhone AppStore

It is currently sold for a shot time at promo price of 0.99c

Looks nice

It looks nice. I'm a bit worried about the price tag though, this'll probably be another 10 dollar game right? and i'm not sure if I wanna pay that much for better graphics

I'll be looking forward to its release though

The game looks really nice.
My question is this. What exactly does "a countless number of quiz questions" entail?
Are we talking 100, 200, 500, 1000? Will you always be adding more?
Thanks in advance for responding.

Hey, this game looks really good in UI terms, not sure what makes it better over all the other thousands of trivia games out there. Oh, and the answer to the question is ARIES...

Currently we have 2000 questions in the game divided into 4 difficulty categories, so the game gets harder bit by bit as you are nearing final round.
As in real TV show.

Basicaly we've been playing beta version in pub with friends for 2 hours, maybe 20 or 30 new games and we never hit the same question twice.(which kind of sucked, because thats the only way for me to win . Im personaly terrible at quizes )

And yes, we plan to keep adding more questions in updates.

If the game will do well, and we will get at least some of our investment back (so we wount starve to death ), we plan to also release localised versions (De,It,Es).
