Hmmmmm...not sure how i feel, it works really nicely on the iPads big screen...but it seems lacking in content...
It's more of a game than pocket god was, but i feel like a god stripped of all of my powers....will the powers from the iPhone version be making it in to the island on earth?
I LOVE the joust minigame, it works so well
And dragging pygmies in to space is awesome, but as i said...i feel less godlike

Finally! Hopefully it keeps the same charm as the original, where I could just lose track of time messing around with the pygmies

It's Pocket God. It's $5.

I'm not sure I really need more Pocket God for $5. Does anybody know how this compares to the iPhone version? What is going to make this worth $5?

so here is more info.

We will be doing updates just like the original. the speed that we do the updates depends on how well it sells but if we can at least get it to cover development expenses, we will be updating a lot.

the next update will be to add more sandbox features, especially to uranus.

moving forward, we will be adding more planets and mini games. this game is more mini game focused, and the games are a lot more complex than the iphone version so we are looking at more replayability rather than the sheer number of powers in the original game.

also, this is just the start, the iphone game started off with way less than this. PGU just needs time to grow.

btw, the new zealand release was a mistake, the real release is going to happen tomorrow afternoon PST.

Wondering the same. Pocket God on iPhone definitely worth at least $4.99.

I think this will sell well, at least top 25 on iPad app sales.

Oh, if there are aliens there should be robots too!

Top 5 Apps Dead Space. World of Goo. AC II: Discovery. Plants vs Zombies 1 and 2.
