DaGreen - All billing is handled through the appstore so gift cards are still usable. As for a monthly fee Empire is an online game which means that we having ongoing server costs so having a single price purchase isn't a realistic option for us.

Just a quick update on this - we were rejected again for more subscription related issues. While frustrating we've been in touch with Apple and have hopefully found a solution that will allow Empire to escape the submission process blackhole that it's currently trapped in.

Just a quick update, the game is currently 'In Review' so hopefully we'll be through the approval process soon.

Mike - Hey! I look forward to hearing what you think after a more thorough play through. It's been a long road but I think the game is undeniably better for it.
