SOCCER Battery [Mixed Game+Utility] 10 free codes!

http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/soccer-battery/id409261767?mt=8

★★★★★ "The only battery app that monitors your battery charge on your iPhone, iPod or iPad and presents the information in a fun way, that you can even play with, like no other app has done before"

★★★★★ "Supports FULL CYCLE CHARGE where you let your battery run down to 20%, start Soccer Battery, plug in the charger cable and leave it until you hear the Crowd Cheers sound. Soccer Battery will charge your battery up to 100% using Fast Charge and then will switch to Trickle Charging playing the Crowd Cheers sound to indicate when you can remove the power cable"

★★★★★ "Monitors over 10 conditions that consume your Battery, from how much Talk Time you have to 3D Game Play, you will know the precise time down to the last minute you have left to complete the service you are using."

Soccer Battery uses 8bit and 16bit based graphics fully redesigned from scratch to look amazing on your screen, and 8bit/16bit inspired sounds re-created with 8bit/16bit computers (mostly Amiga and MSX)

Looking at the graphics you have used them from a game I originally developed called 'Soccer Kid'. I'm assuming that you have not officially licensed these?

As a fellow develop I would advise that you change the graphics and create some original ones to avoid any legal action the original IP holder may want to take.

Thanks,
Nigel

What's that game? Soccer Kid? Never heard of it.
I hired a guy from Hewlett Packard called Jose Diego Martins. He works at the administrative area but on his free time he creates game sprites. Well, at least he told me that.
Here's his e-mail: jose.diego@hp.com

Can you send me some pictures of that game? If that's true, I'll ask him my money back.

BTW, this is him:

Even if someone else created the art you, as publisher, are still liable if copyright infringement is proven. So, if I were you I'd get the art changed before Apple takes your app down or legal proceedings are brought.

Here's a link to some screen shots of the Atari Jaguar version.
