The iphone 4 simulator skin is included with the latest build of xcode, me thinks

It is in the latest release of Xcode.

Check it out, there's lots of new options. One being the iPhone 4 skin

Anyway, why would you want to sell an Emoji app? Just curious.

That's a very good question,

We at Mateen AppStore feel that not a lot of people own their emoji app,

So we figured we should at least let people learn the code and submit it to the AppStore so they can make some $$$$

Translation: We made our own emoji app and it didn't sell well at all, so we are trying to at least make our cost back by selling you our source code so you can make yet another zero-selling emoji app to add to the 200 that already exist.

I sorta agree with this. I doubt a paid emoji app would earn much, if any at all. There are a lot of free alternatives out there.
