Stellar Blaster any good ?

Stellar Blaster: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=293718571&mt=8

BlueSkies: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=289256879&mt=8

Alright so I noticed this game when it was reviewed on the site but I am wondering, has anyone who has "BlueSkies" purchased this game and find it worth it? When I look at the game play of Stellar Blaster is seems like a bad version of blue skies, but I might be wrong ...

I took the plunge, bought it and I regret it. It's bad compared to blue skies and gets old very fast.

I like asteroids, so I've thought about it, but the accelerometer based controls have held me back from buying. I'm really starting to think that controlling games like this via such controls are a bust. So far the games I've liked best have either had touch controls or virtual buttons.

Well in this case the controls aren't the problem, the gameplay is.
