Through the first handful of levels this feels like fairly typical Donut Games fare. Which is, both a good and a bad thing.

Then, it begins to feel like something more. Mechanics click into place. You realize how polished and well thought out everything is. How the controls feel absolutely flawless and how the smallest adjustment can make or break your attempt at a level. How, for a game that so heavily relies on trial and error, somebody for once possessed the forethought to make it this painless to allow you to restart a level almost instantaneously at any time.

30 or so levels through, and this begins to feel like something almost approaching genius: you fathom all the various ways possible to complete a level. Notice all the collectables that you have no idea how to collect, and the depth they hint at should you be inclined to collect them all. At some point, you fail a level a dozen times in a row or more, and amazingly feel no frustration. Then you complete it and find yourself displaying clear...physical...emotion.

And I haven't even mentioned how endearing the characters are, how amusingly they are brought to life both through animation and sound, and how much that alone does to elevate this from so many other "dry" physics games.

If I had a top ten 99c game list, this one would be on it.
