Just played my neighbors imported 3DS and after playing for about 3 hours I can safely say that I am not impressed at all. 3d without the glasses is a novelty and gets old quick, great if your under 12 yrs old like Omega F but to me its a meehhh!

Just out of curiosity, is that neighbor the same imaginary friend that plays the awesome multiplayer iOS games via bluetooth with you?

You seem pretty interested son, so I'm keeping you and your imaginary neighbor updated with the latest and greatest of the successor to the DS

Oh the irony. Find something better to do friend. You are only embarrassing yourself with such quality posts. Go download the latest Gameloft game instead.

Said the kid majority forum members called Omega Fail. I love IOS games and just like what gaming experts agree on I think this is the true future of handheld gaming and IOS will bring the 3ds to its death knees, that is why I am here, go find a good 3ds forum why don't cha instead of hanging out in the lounge.

You know, it is possible for a gaming handheld (DS/PSP) and a jack-of-all-trades (iOS devices) to coexist, peacefully at that. We have microwaves and those didn't eradicate the oven. Blu-ray hasn't killed DVDs. iPods haven't eradicated CDs. I'm not taking up for traditional handheld gaming: it's just the truth. The PS2 didn't kill the Xbox; the 360 didn't kill the PS3. They coexist, offering different things to different people. If you've gotta have Gears of War you know where to go; gotta have God of War you know where to go; gotta have apps you know where to go. That's it. When my Evo, your iPhone, my iPod touch, and your Zune, etc. can play AAA titles w/a 4-5hr battery minimum for playtime, I won't digress: I'll be in line for whatever that "thing" is. But until then, iOS isn't killing off anything. It's delivering what its platform excels at; nothing more, nothing less. And I don't know if you're a gamer per se or not but fanboying for one system means you're potentially missing out on a sea of great games. This is why I have a DS, PSP, and an iPod touch. I get to experience and have tons of fun with Dragon Quest, Kingdom Hearts, and Infinity Blade respectively. Lastly, what gaming "experts" are you referring to??? |
