Bought this game as soon as id played it for 30 seconds on my friends iPod I'm completely addicted and love your work!!
one idea I had for a new vehicle was a fork lift truck. Rear turning wheels for tight cornering, raise, lower and tilt controls. Levels could include pallets with barrels on. Player has to place the pallet with barrels intact on a top shelf. I hope u work forever on this game you legend

Dude this is AWESOME!
Just let me get my payment this month and I'm buying it

I'd only recommend more "regular" levels in the beginning. Don't get me wrong, I loved the wacky ones, but I would mind getting more levels that require you to move things from place to place.

Can't wait to try it on the iPad

Love the game but add a level

They should add a tow truck level. I don't care whats in the level except for a flat bed tow truck with all the working controls of a flat bed tow truck including the bed being able to slide out. If they added that kind of level it would make the game even more perfect! Thanks if you guys add that kind of level!

The fork lift truck is working, and it is awesome to drive!
It has the rear steering, front wheel drive, with tilt and elevate.
I also made pallets and drums, which leaves just the level design.

OMG that looks amazing!! I cannot wait to test drive it =]

I was wondering, how easy do you think it would be to have some sort of vehicle selection on the sand box mode? or even multiple vehicles at the same time, so being able to select a vehicle on the fly?
It would be nice to practice outside of the main levels, with the different vehicles.

Cannot wait for this =]]

Well... it would not be complicated to design and implement this.
The hard part is to make it perform fast enough.

An iPad2 can easily simulate all vehicles together, but an iPhone3GS does not have the processing power to do this.

I am already disabling the rigid body simulation of the flat bed as soon as the skid loader is active, but that rigid body simulation is automatically enabled again when you bump vehicles together. If I create a park of 10 vehicles, and the user wakes up all simulations by touching the other vehicles, the 3GS will come to a stand still, sound will stutter, gameplay will become a slideshow, etc.

Also, inactive vehicles rigid body simulation will go inactive, yet, collision detection stays on for those vehicles.

If I make a level with all the vehicles, I think I need to make it an ipad2-only level, and not show it on iphones, ipad1 and ipods. I will give it some more thought, and if I add vehicle switching I think I could use shake-to-switch controls with the accelerometer I guess. v1.5 will have 2 vehicles max though.
