Sacred Odyssey: Rise of Ayden - by Gameloft - FREE (+IAP)

Help! I've been stuck on this for a month! Ever time I've tried I've died and its hard! I need to kill the tree with the flower that comes out of the top to make the bridge but I don know what to use. I know I use the eagle to knock it out by then what? And how many times to I need to do it? I can't get past this and is making very upset so please help if you can! Thanks!

I don't remember it very well (played it long ago) but I'm sure it was not that hard, so I think you may be missing something.
When you knock it out with the eagle doesn't the tree expose some sort of weak spot? Maybe I'm wrong, but I think the flower hangs down or something like that... so all you need to do is attack it with your sword. And then repeat this pattern for about 4 or 5 times.

I bought this game against my better judgement, wanting to get a LOZ style game on my iPod. I knew some people came across a bug where you couldn't cross back over this tree bridge and were basically trapped in one portion of the game... but since other people were able to beat the game without bugs, I figured I'd take a chance. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. Is there any way to avoid this bug or prevent it from happening again, if I ever decide to give it a second chance?

I'm evaluating it, so still haven't bought IAP. It often shows it autosaves state, how can I restore it? When game starts it seems I can only choise a new game in main menu :-(

Don't buy it. The restore IAP is broken and it hasn't been updated since release.

Thanks for advice, but I can't unserstand what do you mean. Actual version is 1.0.3 (3rd version), so it seems it has been update 2 times since release.

Anyway I still can't understand how to restore an automatically-saved point.

Says 1.0 in the UK store and a lot of reviews are complaining about the problem. I've emailed Gameloft anyway and will see what they say.
