Gamer, Do you prefer to interact with Game Developer

Howdie Everyone!

My name is weilies and i am just another nobody who finished launch my first Puzzle Game in App Store

I found here how the game industry behaved. Every gamer doesn't have a chance to tell their idea, their dream game feature to be in the coming games.

Do you think iPhone Gamers do prefer to interact more with Game Developers?

Yes gamers like to talk to developers and lots of people will provide valuable feedback. Its good to know that the developers are open and easy to talk to.

Yes. We can tell the dev the issues and problems with their games to help them make it better and we get to suggest ideas which might also make the game better.

You bet!! A game would have to be perfect for you to not have any suggestions to the dev at all, and so far I havent seen any perfect games so, of course I would love to tell the devs how they could improve, and what I would like to see.

Waiting for: Forgotten Memories, M.U.S.E, The Shadow Sun, Galaxy On Fire 3, Daredevil Dave 2, JumpKnight: Missions, Topia: Age of Creation, Call of Cthulhu: The Wasted Land, Sniper: Ghost Warrior, Max Payne, 2013: Infected Wars, Battlefield 3: Aftershock.

I personally like when dev's hang out in the forums. It's great to meet the guys behind the game and find out why they did what, while also letting them know what's good and what needs fixing. Plus, you really can't get a better source of help from a game than from the people who made it.

Definitely, and I think that's one of the strong suits of iOS that other major handheld systems don't tend to have.

Of course. You knew that though, the only reason for this thread is prob to plug your game. Sorry to point out the obvious, good luck with your game though!

Market is tend to be more socialized, iOS platform we have OpenFeint, GameCenter, MicroSoft we have Xbox Live, Sony has PS Network.

But i wonder how can me (as the developer) initiate a platform (maybe start here)
to streamline the process to share your idea, then i make it?

Although it's like self promote but i really hope my concept work
"You share idea -> I write the scenario -> My team develop -> We all test out the game -> Official launch"

But frankly, as a developer, we are also kinda worry while disucss the idea openly.
Imagine a game idea is fresh and steal....

Maybe this is why the console doesn't do that
