hi, im K.T.F, and I'm a rapper trying to get signed... and I am also a developer. what I want to announce is that i am creating a 2d top down drift game called D.R.F.T.. so far, I basically have the core gameplay down, but i want to ask, what should be in the game?( i do not want to add points to the game yet until i get some bugs fixed)
It is somewhat like a touge mountain drift game, and some tracks. right now, I need someone who knows how to draw a track, and also consider this is my first project, so i cant add everything people might want. i could put up a picture, but I havent learned how to embed pictures in the forums. It looks like the old gta games, or maybe black mamba racer. |

You can attach files by clicking on the little paper clip icon when writing a post.
Or if you have it uploaded to a website and have a link for the picture you can place [img] [/img] around the link and it will embed as well. Hope we get to see some pictures

here is some average track I just made cos I was bored.
it's not all that good, but if you want something basic, I can do it ![]() Obviously if it was actually for something, I would do a much better job :P |

If you want it to look really nice do it in Sketch-Up. It does the shadows and stuff and is easier to build a track in.
When it's done just go up; top-down angle and take a picture. I'll see if I have time tomorrow to show you an example. |

mm.. if I didn't have to do two assignments and study for a physics test, perhaps I would have put in at least a decent amount of effort, but I couldn't tonight. I was bored, and just randomly decided I would have a go at this..

K only had a few minutes. The trick is to do it small scale. I did it too big. So close up the details seemed fine and everything:
But from the top since it was so big the details vanished: But you get the idea. The model above is kinda crappy cause I only had a few minutes. But you should get the idea. |
