I sort of like the look of this could do with seeing a vid though . Also I don't understand why they have made a normal one and a universal . Why not just a universal or a normal one and an iPad one .

It seems non-standard at first, but I think more devs may follow suit. It's better for the consumer, IMHO, because the iPhone-only buyer doesn't have to pay two dollars extra for functionality he or she cannot use.

A potentential benefit to the dev could be that a dual platform owner buys the dollar version to save money and then he or she decides to get the Universal, in which case the dev gets an extra buck.

Personally, I think the latter use-case is much less likely and that the dev is just providing options for potential buyers, which is a good thing as long as it doesn't generate market confusion.

...which it just has. ; )

@ djflippy yeah i suppose thats true if ya dont have a retina screen or an Ipad you would be paying for something you dont use . Hopefully that will mean more universal apps in the future too .

Thanks for giving me a promo code for this, ages ago.

Finally I have a review for you.

I didn't love this game. You know I love your line-drawing games (Craft Control etc.) but I am not as keen on stop/go games like this. I wasn't crazy on the doodle-style graphics but that may just be me. Also, i like the randomness of line-drawing games but this was too systematic for me.

But this game is getting seriously good reviews in the UK app store so clearly there are many people who would disagee with me!

But one thing I would definitely recommend is to allow an option to have sound on, music off. This should be standard in games, period.
