LOL! It has to be very frustrating to be a developer in this market. I spent many months being tempted by the stream of free apps before finally realizing that compared to the apps that cost actual money they weren't worth my time. Good games cost real money. Looking forward to GLWG II! And I'll forgo my frozen yogurt (one ENTIRE cup of frozen yogurt) to gladly plunk my money down for it.

hehe. And yes, it can be.

The upside is that for tiny indie firms like us, you can just about earn a worthwhile living with a moderate hit, purely due to the sheer size of the customer base making up for the ridiculous price structures.

No real complaints though, I wouldn't swap this job for anything - it's a real buzz seeing people enjoying the fruits of your labours. Even the whiners!

Depends on the results of the Beta tbh. We're aiming hard for end of June at the very latest but hopefully a week or two sooner.

We'll be asking for Beta testers of the trial version on here early next week.
