My 6 year olds have moved on from games that would entice s 2 year old, but I DO think that there are a few they still play that yours would like...

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ (yes, that's the full app name) is a heck of a unique app that any kid would love.

Draw stars

Multi pong (there's even a baby mode)

garage band (tons of fun playing on instruments most kids would never have the chance to see)

Soundtastic free (they can record sounds and play them back at different speeds)

Fruit Ninja

Fruit Memory

glow Hockey

There are quite a few other apps that are based on kids tv shows that are awesome foe younger kids. The one with the word animals is supposed to be great. super Why might work.

Magnetic ABC is also one that I got from the forums here that has been really fun for them.

Give those a try. I think it'll be a good start.

Commonsense media is a good site that has age based app reviews.

And there's this...

I hope that helps a bit

"Hatch!" is a good way to introduce toddlers to the iPad, so they can learn about gentle touching. It's a simple game involving an egg, which cracks when touched. And when touched a few times, it opens to reveal a cartoon creature inside. That's it. But it makes toddlers laugh.

Hatch! Free:

It got an "Easter" update recently, so it's started showing Easter Eggs.

My little boy loves 'Monkey Preschool Lunchbox'

Teaches colour, basic numbers, shapes and memory .... its been fun to see his progress .... he started out struggling to do the jigsaws and memory tasks .... now he whizzes through them but still enjoys it.... its universal too i believe.

Feel free to add me.

My two year old loves sound touch. It's fun and educational.

Drawing pad is a favorite too as well as anything involving cars
