App description: Nano Rally HD is a fun and addictive top down driving game, where players drive miniaturized cars around various tracks, all based on different household environments.

UNLOCKING LEVELS:
Play in "Championship" mode. At the end of each environment (4 races), if you are in the top 10 overall the next environment will be unlocked.

As with any rally, races are time trials, with points allotted for the top times. Make your way through the different rallies/environments and stages. One minute you could find yourself power-sliding around the end of a spring onion, then falling off a precariously balanced ruler the next. If you get enough points you will end victorious.

Featuring:
*Exclusive to iPad
*Beautiful, pre-rendered design.
*6 Environments: Kitchen, Bedroom, Office, Garden, Garage and SECRET
*25 different stages/tracks, each with their own difficulties.

*Mulitple Camera modes: Rotate, Fixed Center, Pan

*Rendered using OpenGL for superfast play.

Nice game and good mechanics. I wont be playing this though due to lack of custmizable controls. I dont like tilt and the small arrows are too fiddly. A shame. Crossing my fingers for an update with better control options.

I bought this too. My gripe too. Three words...BIG ROUND BUTTONS!!! What is this annoying trend with race game dev's putting stupid small arrows and buttons to control your car/bike for ipad versions of their games. It is indicative of a complete absence of consideration for the people who are going to (try to) play their game. What is going on. This is a specific HD version...loads of screen real estate to improve the experience. Sadly for me it just sullies the game -and even if they do update it I will probably not choose to play it again. I also bought the iphone verson of this a while back I had forgotten how they also managed to squeeze any potential fun out of the car movement/handling too: it's like trying to walk with a zimmer frame- boring and laboured. Really gang, as it stands think before you buy. There's my 99c worth.

Have you actually played the game? I mean, yes, the buttons are small, but you can press nearly everywhere on the screen to acellerate and turn, so no problem there.
I loved the original on the iphone and will probably play this just as much

Yup. And they are still too small. When they are this small it is hard to find them without looking directly for them. It also makes playing the game on tv out nearly impossible.

Also options to move arrows/pads etc. should really always be included, especially since not everybody has the same grip.
