Hi guys,
First word - thank you! I appreciate ALL of your comments! Because of that I know exactly what to make or re-make to the updates. At this moment I made simple tutorial for controls and upload it on the homepage. I need to relax for few days because of my health condition, but then I will work again! ![]() Next update will contain better cockpit, tutorial included, fixes for some bugs & glitches. Then I want to make few new missions. Main attention I would like to give to navigation, fully working HUD, slider controls. (maybe both side controls Left/Right rotor & weapons controls) I'll see how I will be able to handle it. All of your suggestions are saved in my notes, but you have to give me any space (time) to work & learn how to make it. I'm realy indie guy in game dev.:-/ Please keep posting suggestions and feel free to email me to the contact email address on the homepage. Thank you once again! |

Can you make it somehow easier to see enemy men on the ground, like on town missions I can never find the enemy soldiers.

Eh help can't find tank + truck in 3rd mission...

Since the developer is on-board, I have bought it.
Additional comments: 1. The rudder is almost invisible in the cockpit view (which every serious sim player would choose) 2. The throttle control is non-linear, one presses up and the throttle goes up by 5%, say, but presses down does not lower the throttle down by the same amount and presses up again does not give 5% neither! Fighting this alone makes NOE flying unnecessary pain! 3. Objects are destructible -- I fire a few Hydra onto a building in free flight mode and it looks fine, without any scar or burnt effect. 4. If you are adding Hellfire or Sidewinder or whatever, I would simplify the UI to have only "fire" and "switch weapon" button. Some may argue that the 30mm cannon fire button should always be there though. 5. For navigation, how about a map overlay with way points rather than on-screen triangles? 6. The "Game Over" message is a bit -- well arcade, how about "Crashed" or "Mission Failed" instead? |
