That song isn't (yet)... I probably will add it and some others in an update. There's a few other cool chiptunes though which fit the game really well.

@NamazuSam- Actually I had to load up a new version to Apple because I discovered a bug w/ one of the achievments, so I included the song from the trailer in the game. Now just waiting for Apple to approve

looks awesome will be sure to check it out
couple of questions
what do you plan in updates? i say the ability to effect the cosmetics of the game through the coins you gain also unlockable tunes (diggin that tune btw haha)
new birds and game modes to keep things fresh look at rogue runner in the app store and see how much that has been updated it would be great to see this happen with a game like this so that it doesn't become abandonware

Games that get updated gain respect and that means happy gamers and that means sales....
everybody wins....except the ducks they don't win and charlie sheen, he forfeits his winning streak to this game.
oh and is it endless, how does the game end?
suggestion for update could you make the slingshot more... 8bit? looks a bit out of place with the ducks and all, i love 8 bit so this would be great
other than than can't criticize
wow i edited that post alot

Thanks Hamster787 - I appreciate the feedback! I do plan to update regularly as I really enjoy working on this game & hopefully I will get user support in return like you mentioned.

For updates I plan to introduce new stages with different types of ducks, bosses, power-ups etc. Some people will probably find it too difficult (like my wife) and some too easy. So I will introduce different difficulty settings soon.

The slingshot upgrades are earned by completing objectives such as "kill 10 in a row," "kill 2 pond ducks" "collect 300 total coins" and such. The slingshot upgrades are more than cosmetic though as each new slingshot brings new abilities such as lightning strike, 2x coin multiplier and coin auto-collect. That's a great idea for using the coins to unlock new music! I will put that on the update list. As of now there's a few great chiptunes (including the song in the trailer) that cycle through gameplay.

Graphics (including the slingshot)- they do have a pixel art look on the actual screen, which you cant see well on the video. I used pixel art software (pixen) so it has a retro feel, but it isn't blocky like old 8-bit graphics...sorry. I guess I'll have to add an unlockable 8-bit slingshot for ya!

You beat the game after passing round 10 and then it becomes endless after you beat it. Most likely you won't be able to beat the game until you level up your slingshot and get some upgrades. The ducks start getting pretty fast and it's hectic near the end.

Again, thanks for the response and I would love to hear any more ideas!

Cool, upgrading similar to Tiny Wings will make it super addictive!
