I have only played a few levels past the tutorial but this game is pretty good. The art work is beautiful and the gameplay mechanics are great.

You simply swipe in the direction you want to move your hot air balloon, which then blows air in that direction. There are also some puzzle/obstacles that require swiping as well and most of these have been fun. There have been a couple of puzzles where you need to create a tornado to open a door up and it has taken me a few times to get it right but that may just be my fault.

There are items to pick up as well as a time goal to meet, with a ribbon finish line awaiting you at the end of the level.

It reminds me of a game on the ds called soul bubbles, where you control a gust of wind to blow bubbles around.

This one plays really nice, very relaxing. Looks loverly.
