Positron

Differential Apps would like to present Positron, a sci-fi shooter!

The positrons are floating around. There is a large abundance of them in 3 areas nearby. Why not take some electrons and make some fireworks, eh? The result of an electron and a positron colliding is a photon. Annihilate as many as you can before they reach you.

Features:
*Easy, one button control
*Awesome 8-bit graphics!
*Retina display support
*Optimized for 3GS and iPhone 4
*Game Center leaderboard and achievements
*Rad animations from the annihilation!
*Amazing background music
*Arcade gameplay style
*Two different enemies
*3 distinct regions to play
*Game Center leaderboard and achievements
*Cool effects such as a cactus burning when shot

The images are twice the normal iPhone size.

Well that's all folks!

We hope to get this out as soon as we can.

Email differentialapp@yahoo.com for more information, beta testing opportunities, and any questions you may have!

Thanks!

P.S. A promo video will be available in the next couple of days.

wow, that are some harsh color contrasts in your game
Is this the final product or do you plan to change/revise a couple of things gfxwise down the road ?

Thanks for your feedback! I'm open to any suggestions. Do you not like the contrasting colors?

Thanks!

Well first of all the blue, green, pink and red in the gui is barely readable. To be honest, I almost thought it was a parody/sarcastic kind of game ?
If you're serious and open for anything, I think your best bet is to have a look at some games and see how they did their GUI, what colors they chose - or in general what colors fit together

But then again all your games kinda have that uniqueness to it
Thought I much much prefer the Man. - Game of yours. That looks more consistent throughout in style.

Haha thanks a lot! The beta testers did say some stuff about that and I am going to change it.

I'm really glad you like Man.!

Thanks for all of the feedback!

I'd buy this game but... It looks like it'll really strain my eyes. Like the last guy said: try changing the colors, they clash too strongly.

Is it the labels that are creating this conundrum? Those are going to be changed anyway!

Hopefully your eyes won't be strained. Maybe it's different when you are actually playing it? The beta testers never said anything about it straining their eyes. I'm really sorry about that though!
