GamesByJohn's comments:
New update (v1.2) released!
• Two new unlockable courses with 18 holes in each (54 in total now)
• Game Center support with global leaderboards for each course and achievements.
• Fixed a bug where the ball froze when it stopped close to obstacles.
• Lowered the distance needed to allocate full power for a stroke.
• Added arrows as a visual input on all slopes so it's easier to judge if they are up or downhill.
• Added effects on the ball when it jumps over the hole due to too much speed.

Looks fun ang simple. Is there only 18 Holes? If so, are you gonna add more in future updates?

Thanks, yeah I plan to add more courses soon and a course editor further on up the road.

I'll consider purchasing when there are more holes. No offense or anything, but with Super Stickman Golf and the huge huge selection of courses available there, it's hard to justify a game for me with only one 18 hole course. But I'm definitely putting it on my watch list!

I'll buy this right now if someone can promise there's more on the way. A level editor would be amazing but more holes will do fine

Cheers, I'm working on an additional 36 holes that will be accompanying the first update.

I'm already feeling a bit of a love/hate relationship with this game.

Love: The minimalistic graphics; super simple, super clean, focuses solely on the golf and no unnecessary frills.

Hate: The controls. They're not technically that bad, but I really suck at using them. Flash-based minigolf games traditionally use a power arrow, pull away from the ball in the opposite direction to where you want to shoot then let go (a bit like Angry Birds' catapult). I'm guessing the dev was kind of trying to keep away from that in order to make the most of the unique touchscreen control method... but it's a lot harder. I've got almost no consistency at all; it feels like I'm swiping in exactly the same way with vastly differing results. An optional drag & release power arrow would be a nice addition because after three attempts my best score for the course is still 79... which is dreadful.

Control issues aside, it's got what it takes to be a really great game. I actually quite like how simple some of the holes are, it's not just as crazy as possible with windmills, loops and clown faces everywhere. New obstacles would definitely be welcome but nothing too extreme and ridiculous. Stick with the professional look

I would really buy this if more people recommend it. Always loved 2D golf games on the device - feels really natural.

Waiting for: Airborne Troopers, Mini Motor Racing. Minisquadron 2, Tweetland, Car Jack Streets 2, Drive Forever, Turf Geography Club, Junk Jack!!

Just wasted a dollar

The imprecise control mechanism used in this game makes it impossible to become proficient. You will find yourself overpowering short and medium shots, and often under-powering longer shots. This is among the worst miniature golf games in the App Store, and tied for worst game in any category. If the developer can figure out a way to improve the touch sensitivity so that the ball's movement is consistent with either the length or speed of the flicking motion, I will revise the one-star rating I gave this in the App Store. In its current state, this game is a toilet flush of our dollars.
