I would spend a dollar and give this a spin if it weren't for all of the fake reviews for this game on the app store. Developers who do that make me nervous...

Well, at least one of them is definitely real because it's mine. This is a solid game for 99cents. If you like Tilt to Live give it a try.

Well, it's about two months that we have shown Hyperlight, here and on other forums, there are plenty of people who were waiting for the release of Hyperlight. Even if we give away promo codes to users, everyone is free to write what he wants for his review of the game.

Are the tilt controls on par with Tilt to Live? I generally don't like tilt games, SuperBlox and Tilt to Live being exceptions.

I too was worried about what looked like fake reviews on the app store, but this game is legit. Great tilt controls and very satisfying to smash through enemies. I actually think it plays better than tilt to live, as the game runs smoother.

Challenging, too. Maybe too much so, with one mistake ending the game.

Ok I'm sold! I know it's only a buck, but you've got to admit that those first few reviews look pretty suspicious...

Apparently, I was wrong.

My apologies to the developer.

Need to add some better music, though. Butt rock is great, but I swear I heard some really nice techno in one of the gameplay videos I watched.
