Well, this has been my most anticipated game for some time now, so I am buying it as soon as it shows up.

However, I am really disappointed with the new name and overall theme but in the end I am sure the gameplay is going to kick ass.

You guys could just imagine that the stuffed animals are filled with illegal substances or that the illegal immigrants are all in fuzzy animal costumes to avoid detection. Seriously, the gameplay is the same as it's always been, why would you not buy it just because the subject matter was forced to change? I'll probably still buy it just because the art looks awesome and the gameplay looks really fun.

I will say that before I even clicked on this thread, the name alone was cracking me up! I'll give it a look.

Although many of us are disappointed on the outcome, I have to say that they did a damn good job coming up with a new theme for the game. The way I see it, it could've been worse, it could've been denied and forgotten altogether. I'll be picking this up because even though the theme has changed the game still looks fun, that and the moose with the lodged road sign in his rectum was a total sell!

Hahahaha I called it! I knew this was going to happen, but did the premise have to derail to something so absurd? Seems to me that Owlchemy had a fit when their original app was rejected and went with the first idea that came to mind while they were high.

Definitely agree with this. You know what else is funny? Snuggle Truck is going to appeal to a much bigger audience than the devs could have ever imagined with Smuggle Truck. You never know...if it plays well, Snuggle Truck could be the next Angry Birds or Tiny Wings or whatever. What started off as a mockery (perhaps...we don't know what the devs had in mind) of a "failed" project, could turn into a huge success story.

As someone who liked iDrop Dead: Flower Edition better than the original, this really cracks me up! (Nutshell: Apple said no ragdolls with blood, so the blood became flowers and the bones became candy...)

The game will still rock even if it's all snuggly instead of smuggly.
