I really like this but then again I like all of the sports games that Neon Play puts out. This game is similar to their soccer game in that the hands move around the same way and the touch controls are great.

I would say that this game is much more challenging because you have to have your hand in a perfect position to catch the ball, whereas in the soccer game you are just blocking the ball.

Catching the football is very rewarding and there are several game modes.

Graphics are average and could be sharpened up a little. Also, when you miss a catch but the ball gets tipped straight up it would be nice if you could still try to catch it.

I can't speak to the goalkeeping one, as I've never played it. It's simple in premise, but fun for short bursts. My only complaint is please keep obnoxious ads for your other games off of the menu screen when it's a paid app such as this. Even for a buck, I shouldn't have to look at your ads especially when you have a button devoted to taking you those same ads elsewhere.

So what is the key to catching the football as opposed to simply deflecting it?
