I won't pretend to be anywhere near an expert on the Sam & Max games, because quite frankly I barely remember the original LucasArts one and haven't played much of the new ones. However, between what I recall of Hit The Road and what I've played of Penal Zone (the 1 episode iOS precursor to Beyond Time & Space), the folks at TellTale have done an excellent job of capturing the essence of the characters. If you liked the original I really don't think you'll be disappointed with the new ones.

Happy birthday! Another one I paid for but didn't get to play before it went free

. It's ok, though. I think I made it up by getting Swordigo, Raccoon Rising, and now LostWinds for free.

I made the mistake of downloading IB2 again out of curiosity over the ClashMobs. Now I'm lvl 26 or so and in that "Just one more battle" phase. Went to sleep way too late last night bc of it. This was the exact reason I didn't play it when it first came out lol. Too addictive.
