Thanks! We have no exact release date yet but we will be submitting the game to Apple soon.

The first version will be iPhone/iPod only. Once we have that released we'll make an iPad version. We'll use the retina graphics in the iPad version so it should look real sweet! Not sure if it will be universal or not.

But what are the touch controls? The arrow control scheme or the steering wheel?

You should have as many to cover all your bases (as the Death Rally devs found out).

Yep, we've tried out many, many control types. Right now we've got four variants. We've got an innovative accelerometer control (it's tricky to explain so you'll just have to try it =), touch arrows, directional touch joystick (I think this is the default controls in Death Rally) and another experimental touch control that we're not sure we'll keep.

What controls would you think most people would prefer? And what controls do you prefer?

I think the better are the arrows and accelerometer one.
Defnitely love the implementations of arrows in Death Really, the other control scheme that they use was way too stressful for my left thumb

Are you thinking about multiplayer over wi-fi, using maybe gamecenter?
It will add a great replayability value

Are you ok with music and SFX? :P

Cool. We'll make sure to keep the arrow controls in. =)

We have a top notch implementation of local multiplayer over WiFi. I assume this is what you mean?

No, I was thinking about worldwide multiplayer, like RR2 and Reckless Racing

For me, this is the coolest think, and I'm very unhappy with Death Rally for that
