Played the first few stages so far and can recommend this one ($0.99 is a steal). I downloaded out of curiousity and was genuinely surprised to find a gem of a game. This to be an arcade "endless" style runner has more depth than average (in my opinion most endless runners are too casual). Tilt the device to move the zombie runner up and down while taping to jump (harder taps equal higher jumps). The zombie increases speed over time. Dodge and jump over riot gear police, hospital gurneys, barracades, etc with each hit taking away health (so far about 2-3 hits result in death). Avoid those obstacles while swirving to collect tokens and health power-ups. After a period of time you enter "angry mode" allowing you to infect police units forcing them to run ahead of you to dispell obstacles. In arcade mode there are progressively more difficult levels while in challenge mode it appears to be a more difficult truly endless level. Even early on the levels are reasonably challenging.

The 3D multiple lane set-up is a really nice twist on the standard single lane 2D running game. The graphics and style are a nice throw-back to 16-bit Sega/SNES fare. Speaking of polish, this one's got it. There are some nice details, like the drool hanging from the zombies mouth. I prefer contained progressively difficult levels to a never ending approach. Each level collects a score that can be improved upon so if you're into high score games Zombierunners has something for you. At the beginning of each level the game re-calibrates tilt.

On the negative side zombies aren't for everyone and although this has more variety than the norm I'm not sure how it'll hold up over time. Some of the devices are a little slapstick (like bananas the zombie slips on or UFO riding zombies). The game is more challenging so that might turn off some of the casual bunch. If you're into icon art this one strikes me as being a little awkward.

One of the best runner games I've got (better than Monster Dash) as well as a worthy contender in the zombie game App Store onslaught. I haven't even gotten to the vechicles yet. Forget Grim Joggers... It's a shame a product of this quality isn't getting more attention.

Edit: Arta's video does a good job of sampling the game.
