Good time management games?

My wife has discovered she enjoys this genre. She has played Supermarket Mania 1 and 2 to death and loved both of them. I assumed there would be a bunch of similar titles on iOS (or specifically iPad) but I can't find anything that appears similar. Any ideas? I would specifically like something for the iPad.

I personally recommend "game dev story" be warned though it's really hard to stop playing. I think that fits time management genre it's a really good game regardless though.

I don't mean to sound bitter, cold, or cruel, but I am, so that's how it comes out

Of the (few) that I've played, I really enjoyed Miriel the Magical Merchant and Miriel's Enchanted Mystery. The iPad links are below.

Sallys spa is the best time management game IMO.
I also enjoyed jeans boutique but the controls were a little wonky.
Jojos fashion show is also really fun, not really a time management game, I don't know what category that would really fall into.

Thanks for all the recommendations guys! Before this she would only play the line drawing games (Airport something) or the hidden object games (stuff like Big Fish Games does). I was excited she found a new genre she liked.

Although that did mean she was continually stealing my iPad and cutting into my Neuroshima Hex time.
