It's been quiet on the Movile front, but we're here to announce our new title:

WordShip
the Addictive Spelling Game!!

In the last few months, Movile Inc. has been focusing hard on making the best puzzle game for the iOS platform that we possibly could. Playfulness, concentration, and variety were our goals, and we'll let you judge how you think we did.

In short, WordShip makes you find the correctly spelled word among a bunch of misspelled ones. It sounds easy, but good luck - this will test your brain, your reflexes, and your sanity!

We've got three game modes: Classic, Timed, and Arcade, each testing you in a different way.

And the list goes on.

Classic Mode gives you three incorrectly spelled words and one correct one. Take your time and go for a correct word streak and high score here - there isn't a timer to hold you back, so take it easy!

Timed Mode gets a bit trickier, where the rules are just like Classic Mode, but you only have a certain amount of time to get through the round. Try to get through the whole Word Set, and if you can't then go for the highest streak and score in the allotted time.

Arcade Mode is where things get crazy, and where the name of our game actually makes sense. You'll see three ships going by on the screen: blimps, naval ships, and submarines, each with a word on them. But the trick here is three-fold. First, theres a timer to contend with. Second, three wrong words gets you three strikes, and you know what that means! Last but not least, if you hit a correct word at the wrong time, it might cause some ships to overlap others, so make sure you time your taps right so you get all the correct words. You dont get a strike for missing a correct word, but you dont get any points either, so keep your eye out for that proper vocabulary!

We've also got a bunch of Word Sets for additional purchase, in addition to the 200 words included in the game. You get two sets with your download: Commonly Misspelled Words, and General Knowledge, each designed to test your general vocabulary. But the additional Word Sets are where WordShip really shines:

The Animal Kingdom: 130 words - $0.99
Places: 200 words - $1.99
The Periodic Table: 100 words - $0.99
Sports & Athletics - 182 words - $1.99
Technology: 130 words - $0.99

And the beauty of these Word Sets is that they can each be played in all three modes, giving you tons of replayability!

And just because we couldn't stop there - we've also added Game Center support for achievements and high scores in every mode of the game! Get up to 650 achievement points with this first release of the game, with more achievements set to launch with the next update (which, by the way, is coming soon!)

Best of all is the price: FREE!

I like the idea of a spelling game, but the IAPs in this one honestly sound like BS. It's a spelling game; what's the point of categories? What's worse is, even the amount of words included in the total IAPs is laughable. Any word game is expected to have a reasonably sized dictionary as a given. A single IAP or standalone full version is fine by all means, but not this droplet of content, diluted and divided into smaller still droplets seemingly for the sole purpose of higher profit.
