I'm on board with what everyone else has been saying. Sure the graphics look a bit dated, but once you begin to play that concern melts away due to the writing.

The touch controls as a tad finicky but nothing game breaking. The only real problem I've had is multitasking out to do something else and when I come back in the game has frozen. I'm a chronic game saver though, so it doesn't put me back too far.

Also, the fact that points of interest are easily found on the map makes the questing way less frustrating than other RPG's I've played.

I'm only a few hours in but this is surprisingly engaging and definitely worth the $10. I didn't know anything about these guys before I saw this, and now I really want to check out their past releases.

I can confirm the frozen game when multitasking also. A bit if a problem, but it hasn't hurt me yet.

Trying to write a review for this (awesome, amazing, brilliant) game, for some reason the stupid App Store doesn't let me because it thinks I don't own it, despite the downloaded badge in the app's price. It doesn't allow me even to rate the game

Well, what can I say......... Retro, old school greatness.

This is like many RPGs in the 90's I.e. Baldurs Gate, ice wind Dale and many others. The 3d isometric view doesn't look good in the screenshots and the truth is, the graphics are simple.

But, it is in depth and complex. Controls are excellent.

Good story so far, i hope they don't improvel

I am stuck....


I am still on the part to kill everyone in a mine for the dragon,
but can't get past the area where those monsters are behind walls, and the door closes on me.

I walked everywhere, and can't find a back entrance.
How do i get in???

Walked everywhere I could, but not getting anywhere.
Played it for 8 hours today, and still at the same spot..

What am I missing here?

Sorry, I'm not sure I recognize your description of the area. Are you still above ground or are you actually in the mine?

I passed it posted on their forum.

So got my Dragon quest finished..
Only puzzled now with the information I got from the Dragon, I wanted
to put it in the barrel for the Waymaker(think that was the name)
but all I get is, that it's empty.

So no clue what I missed here.
