This doesn't specifically pertain to Jailbreaking, but do you know what the name of the medical condition is for people who are seemingly unable to stop themselves from posting in every available thread on a forum even if they have literally nothing of value to add?

But if i do, what's the difference between dev's who make you pay for a jailbreaking program and free programs like greenpois0n? And how long does it take for an ipod to become jailbroken from start to finish?

You should NEVER pay for a jailbreaking program. All the legit devs provide the tools for free. It's about a 10-15 minute process.
