Currently there isn't program capable of doing this. The icade is still new though, give it time I'm sure something will pop up on Cydia for it.

I find it an inconvenience to have to use the touch screen to take a picture. Being able to use the vplume buttons would be a much simpler solution. Luckily there's a Cydia app for that (; check out camerabuttons in Cydia.

When jailbreaking a newer version, does it matter if you jailbreak after updating instead of restoring to default to remove the jailbreak?

Just wondering if there is anyway to search for apps in in different languages. It only works for me in English now. Say I want Japanese apps, is there a way to search it in ? Thanks!

Only way to remove a jailbreak is to restore the device in iTunes. If you press reset all settings on a jailbroken device it will brick it. When you want to update to jailbreak on a newer firmware you should back up your device, restore it+update, jailbreak, sync.

Check Cydia under their source and there's a package for it.

My iPhone 4 is currently unlocked and jailbroken on 4.0. Is it possible to update to 4.2 or 4.3 and stay jailbroken and unlocked? If so, how?

You will only be able to go to 4.3.3 because you dun have SHSH blobs for 4.2.1 or 4.1 download sn0wbreeze and use it to make a custom firmware without a baseband and restore to that firmware in iTunes. Your phone will already be jailbroken and unlocked and on the same baseband just higher firmware. Alternatively you can just google "custom 4.3.3 firmware no baseband" and just use that. I'm assuming you know you to dfu restore and point iTunes to a custom firmware. If you need more detailed instructions just ask.

Also when I restore to the custom 4.3.3 firmware, will all my music, videos, photos, apps, settings etc stay on my phone as they were before? |
