Not sure what practical applications this has, but after a knockdown, the Ken/Ryu/Akuma ground tatsu kicks can hit cross-up on wake-up. Execute it very late, about 3 frames into the wake-up animation.

Akuma's isn't bad as a mix-up, since it hits on the other side and recovers reasonably quickly, and you can juggle with an SRK in a corner.

For Ken and Ryu, I guess you can use it as something annoying to mess around with ppl, esp w/ Ken being a hit'n'run .. =P But I imagine it's punishable too.

Sakura's won't hit, but she can use it to get on the other side of an opponent for mix-up and ruin charges, maybe? Like with blankas forward hop and vega's whiffed cosmic heel.

And most ppl should know that Ken's air-tatsu allows for connection into his ultra -- even a cross-up air-tatsu on a grounded opponent.
