I've noticed, I had to use Akuma to counter sagat. It's soo annoying to play cat and mouse Tiger Tiger Tiger!!! >.<!!!

Akuma isn't exactly a counter to Sagat. I think the matchup is sort of even, unless you make mistakes. One mistake will probably lead you to lose a lot of your health. A LOT.

generally for me it's the one matchup I like playing because akuma's fireballs beats tiger, and generally it's more comfortable especially in lag city. Felix would you be down for a few games? I want to learn to be a better yun >.<!

Ah, the Shakunetsu Hadoken. Not really the best weapon against Sagat. While Sagat does have a slower jump than a lot of the characters, he will eventually catch on and start jumping over your fireballs and hit you with that absurd kick of his. If you're lagging, don't even play Akuma against Sagat.
I'm sorry, but I've retired the game. The latest update sealed the deal.

No. Nothing happened except for an ad for SFxT and a new minor annoyance. They don't really care about balancing the game much. They made it a little more bearable with the BN update, but it's still not enough.

Any tips for the new yun in training? I've got a ton of replays up gcid Seekheart. I seem to just get owned by sagat, good giefs, and viper >.<''

Don't feel too bad about that. Those three that you just listed belong in the S tier.

You cannot go wrong with the BnB I made up: Cr. LK x2, Target Combo 1 xx Tetsuzanko. IF you do it RIGHT, the opponent will not be able to do anything while you do that.
