Don't care so much about the Bp on ranked, instead just face them with yun again!! And download the replays your losses (ul) - not your wins. That's how I beat those pesky players here and there, trust me - you'll see all the dumb moves you made and then can fix it. When fighting Sagat, stay close to that bald basterd as much as you can and wait for him to make the mistakes. Also try fighting someone who uses Sagat as main (see if Insanity is around - he's available almost 24/7 LOL) and fight 20 or more matches in a row, same with Gief. You'll get the hang of it. Use Palm liberally against Gief, get the spacing down good and palm him. I have a couple of replays on my page with giefs - check those out.

AlxAndR pretty much nailed those two matchups for Yun. I definitely know what you mean seekheart. I use Yun frequently and, 9 times out of 10, my opponent will counterpick with Gief or Sagat.. at every BP level. So, at this point everyone knows two of Yun's worst matchups. If you want to use Yun, just get ready for one of those two to just pop up during a set. Combine those two characters with someone using "Auto Guard" and you can just about forget it unless you mix them up. That's how people play to win. I used to think it was sad to counterpick Yun, but people play to win and you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes.
Sagat: Just stay close, in case he Tiger Knees and you get hit twice not once, and punish. You can shoulder under his low fireballs, so if you can hit him with a shoulder into Genei Jin off of that, it's a good plus. Just be cautious overall.
Gief: Literally does not have to move facing Yun. It's more of "How is Yun going to outsmart this" more than "How is Gief going to beat Yun". It takes like 4 piledrivers to put Yun out of commission, so as AlxAndR said, space and use palm here and there, in case of green hand. You really have to be smart. It's a really bad matchup all around for Yun. You can only make about 1 or 2 mistakes tops before this gets out of control for Yun. This match requires a lot of patience.
