I hope the update does include some of the promo cards. IRL I have the Rat King, which is a fun one. I also have the promo card which comes with the newer box and sleeve combo set, and it's a fun one. I can't remember the name, but when played all players reveal the next card on their deck and you get to choose one to copy the effect of. Which is interesting because it's obviously a benefit to you, but it's also a benefit to them as they'll then know their next card. And on the other hand everyone else also knows what their next card is.

That happens to me from time to time, it usually happens if I have a poor 3G connection. I just back out of the game and try again with a better connection. The game will then immediately fast forward to the current turn (all the cards played will scatter around the playing field, pretty cool effect

I have had it happen where the current turn rewound to the beginning and then replayed up to where I'd been, but I'd never had it rewind all the way back to the beginning of the game and then replay 30 turns in a row. I didn't think it was that cool. LOL.

if that happens, which I have found out, was because the game's data for replay did not load up fully. If that's the case, just go out to the lobby, and click on the game again. It should load up properly the 2nd time.

Oh, and here is that infamous Rat King we've been referring to (I read about him when Ascension iOS was first announced and just assumed he was part of the core game)!

I've read and looked up all the cards for the expansion and the promos. The game is going to get a lot more strategic with the trophies. Wonder how they'll play with the base cards too.

Basically the Giant Rats cover all the cards in the middle row and you have to kill the rats individually or the Rat King himself to gain access to the middle row.
