Hey all! I'm here from Doomed Mobile to announce our very first iPhone game.

Papercut! was created by 2 NYC artists who just love games, and appreciate products of high production value.

Features:
-Fast paced infinite runner action
-Simple yet satisfying combat system

sweet... thank you... here's my US AppStore review...

"It's got to be hard to get the jumping right in an endless runner (if it was easy, all endless runner games would get it perfect...) - and this dev has done a very good job of getting the jump just right. That counts for a lot in endless runners, I've deleted quite a few right off the bat just because I didn't like the jump the first couple times I pushed it...

Gameplay is smooth, you run while swiping your sword back and forth, knocking enemies off the path... you can collect lightning bolts to gain invincibility, and clocks to slow down time... though I think it would have been nice having a speed up feature, as the slow down time starts to feel like an inconvience when you have incinvibility, because you just want to smash through enemies, and there it is slowing you down...

Aside from that, this is a solid endless runner, with great graphics, smooth gameplay, tight controls, and nice physics. Recommended if you're into the genre. =o)"

4/5 stars... =o)

also just noticed the scoring... it's VERY nice... if you kill enemies without missing one, your score SHOOTS up... thank you for the combo type scoring! =oD

I'm not one for these endless runners, but syntheticvoid is right about the smooth gameplay and getting the jump right. But it needs more variation or unlockables to keep me interested.

I actually agree with you. Our original plans for Papercut was to have all the bells and whistles we could dream up. Unfortunately we are only two people, who have full time jobs, and I'm the only coder. We consider Papercut a relatively successful test run at polished gameplay development. Thank you for your feedback!
Doomed Mobile is here to stay and our next endeavor will have everything a gamer could want to keep them coming back.
