Well with the phone not being able to have 4.3 I have developed the habit of checking in that little requirements box before I get anything lately. Never used to because well, not upgrading was my own fault. Now though it's a disparity between devices that I have to be careful over. Going on the wishlist and hoping for an update. (downdate?)

Thankfully I have 4.3 so I'll be taking the plunge on this. I'm probably downloading this game more for the music than I am for the game itself.

Yeah, I've decided to finally upgrade to 4.3 today... This game being a major reason why... I hope not too many games end up not working... I know there's still a few that have yet to be updated for it... But oh well...
This game just seems too good to miss out on... =oP |

Copy of my UK App Store review:
Gorgeous graphics, beautifully atmospheric, awesome soundtrack, tight controls, and a great sense of speed - but most importantly of all, QuBIT is stacks of fun! One slight issue however, the game description says 'Hi-Res 3D graphics' and 'anti-aliasing for Retina Display' -- but it plays on my iPhone 4 in standard-def with no Retina Display. With the above borne in mind, I can only give three stars, but this aside, QuBIT is a genuine five-star game and an easy recommendation. Just make sure you have iOS 4.3 installed. Great game and highly recommended. If we don't take the HD issue into account, I'd rate QuBIT at... 8/10 Be there and be square! So square is fun after all. Who'da thunk it?! |

I've read through the thread, watched videos, etc... but I haven't found anywhere that explains how the game is actually played?
- I'm guessing there's tilt steering, but do you need to control the blocks, and how? - How exactly does the blocks/cubes system work? |

You steer with accelerometer or touch controls, smash the crystals, make colour combos and complete as many waves as you can. it's that simple!Quote:
Description corrected, thanks for pointing it out! |
