Edit: Nr 1: Being able to look around the cockpit/surroundings. That would be great, esp if you are planning on doin ipad 2 opt with more terrain and stuff.

Edit 2: Really smooth on iPad 2, no stutter or low FPS so far. I think iPad 1 and iphone 4 had some?

Lookaround isn't possible at this version, but in the future is a big chance that I will make it with new 3d pit.

I can't compare with iPad 2, I only have iPad 1 now. I'm planning to buy 2 and create more detailed levels especialy for iPad 2 (and iphone5 offcourse).

Downloaded and played first mission. (badly)

First impressions are very good and it looks good on my ipad2.

I had a warning of "out of airspace" at one point which I couldn't understand. I was on course..... I lowered my altitude and all seemed fine. Strange as I wasn't very high.

However - the controls are probably the best and most responsive I have experienced on a flight sim. Dare I say it, better than Gunship!!!

2 things to make this even better......

1. Medal/ranking system (already mentioned this)
2. Career mode. Create pilot, view stats etc.

So far, great. Interested to see what updates will bring but big credit to the dev.

Thank you guys, really thank you. Now I will fix the radar in FreeFlight, I had to remove it in iPad version because of performance bug, but I'll repair it very soon.

Staticstics / career will be a huge piece of work, but I agree that it's important. I would like to implement GameCenter rankings and medals for this area.
And still fighting with HUD compass :-/ with no success...
