Nice, I just recently found this in the upcoming thread. There's multiplayer, but I'm not sure if there's online.

Wow, I can see taking parts of other games and putting them in your own, but seriously, come on Angry Mob. This is just a Super Crate Box reskin. I was hoping the negative hype would prove to be false but this is just awful. Hopefully the Super Crate Box port will come out soon, I need that game on the go.

I hear ya buddy, but at 69p (or 99c for those in the US of A), the old skool platformer in me demands that I download Muffin Knight post haste. Which is MB by MB, slooooooowly eeking it's way onto my iPad as we speak...

Okay, seriously - as someone who is completely unfamiliar with Super Crate Box and doesn't have any reason to hate on Angry Mob - has anyone tried Muffin Knight yet? Is it as good as it looks, and does anyone have impressions on controls, amount of content, etc?

I love Super Crate Box and its awesome scoring, retro style, and cool weapons but this is a goddamn good-looking reskin.

Any impressions? Don't really care about that reskin talk, just want to know if this controls well. I want an sidescrolling multiplayer arena game like Dinosmash that I can actually play comfortably.

Awesome game definitely. Really fun so far. Seriously can't believe the 4 games I got today were only a dollar each.

I don't know the other game but I'm enjoying this.

Cool story, graphics, animations, music, sounds, controls and a nice set of upgrades.

The gameplay is simple: jump, shoot and collect muffins. Each muffin changes your character right away changing also the way you have to play (e.g. The unicorn drops a mine instead of shooting).

It's a good game for a dollar.
