It means that when Tapsteroids runs on iPad, we use a special trick to switch to HD (also if it's an iPhone-only app!). The result is that you play Tapsteroids as if it was Universal, using HD graphics.

Unfortunately we were short with time: to avoid delay, we opted to publish it soon, and add later the whole Universal support in an update.
