Looking for videos (which are more likely if his is a cell port) I coukd find none save for a Pokemon series called Battle Frontier. I hope this is not a sleazy "barely legal" Pokemon rip.

That is very interesting, but it looks like thing might be too small for comfort on an iphone screen, especially that 9-button control pad on the left side there.
