What are the best websites and forums for game and application developers for both iOS and Android?

No replies at all? Is it allowed to post links to other boards/sites from the TouchArcade forum? Some sites don't allow that.

What are you looking for exactly?
Business and marketing tips? Technical help? Newest games?

For business and marketing, read http://pocketgamer.biz.
For technical help, email groups and similar would do.
For newest games, read the forums of engines, like Unity and Corona.

www.quora.com - get yourself hooked-up with a free account and absorb all the great information that is on it. Quora is a question and answers site that covers development, business and a whole lot of other things out there.

Case in point: http://www.quora.com/What-are-the-mo...app-developers

That's an awesome example of how the various communities help tackle common questions.
